The Menstrual Relax TENS and Heat Pad applies targeted heat and TENS stimulation for menstrual and endometriosis pain relief.

Designed for discreet wear under clothing, the flexible pink pad fits comfortably across the lower abdomen and is secured with an adjustable strap. The controller features a handy belt clip and countdown timer, making it suitable for everyday routines and seated use. Two self-adhesive gel pads are included for easy setup and replacement.

The pad heats up to 43 degrees C and offers 15 TENS intensity levels, allowing you to tailor relief to your needs. Heating switches off automatically after 20 minutes, and the built-in 320 mAh battery supports up to six 20-minute sessions per charge. A low battery LED keeps you informed of charge status.
